Prompt Deck — Privacy Policy

Prompt Deck is a Chrome extension that lets you save reusable text prompts and insert them into ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini.

What we collect

• Free / signed-out use: nothing leaves your device. Your snippets are stored locally in your browser (chrome.storage).
• If you sign in (for Pro cloud sync): we store your email address (from Google sign-in) and your snippets on our server, solely to synchronise them across your own devices.

We do not collect: passwords, payment card details, health data, location, browsing history, keystrokes, or the content of your AI conversations.

How we use your data

Your email identifies your account; your snippets are stored so we can sync them to your other devices. That is the only purpose. We do not sell, rent, or share your data, and we use no analytics, tracking, or advertising.

Google sign-in

We use Google OAuth only to identify you (email and basic profile). We never receive or store your Google password.

Storage & security

Data is stored on our own server and transmitted only over encrypted HTTPS. Credentials and secrets are kept server-side and never shipped in the extension.

Data deletion

Uninstalling the extension removes all local data. To delete your account and any synced data from our server, email us and we will remove it.
